Yes, all of our drinkware rentals are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before each event to ensure they arrive ready to use. We take pride in providing clean and high-quality glassware for weddings, parties, corporate events, and special occasions throughout San Luis Obispo County.
We typically recommend ordering about 10% extra drinkware or dinnerware beyond your guest count to help cover replacements during the event and accommodate different beverage types throughout the celebration. The ideal quantity can vary depending on the event length, drink menu, and whether bartending service is included. Our team is happy to help recommend the right amount of drinkware for your wedding, party, or special event in San Luis Obispo County.
Our first delivery of the day is at 8:00am and our last delivery of the day is 5:00pm Monday-Saturday. Sundays 9am-12pm. Any deliveries outside our normal business hours of operation are considered "after hours" and will incur a $75.00 "after hours fee"
Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $300 and 100% for orders under $300. The full balance of order is due prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.
For most small to medium-sized events, we typically recommend one speaker for up to 50 guests. The ideal setup can vary depending on the venue size, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, and how loud you want the music. For larger weddings, parties, or outdoor events, additional speakers are usually recommended to provide even sound coverage throughout the space. Our team is happy to help recommend the best speaker setup for your event in San Luis Obispo County.
We ALWAYS set up our equipment that requires professional set up and installation for safety. Such equipment includes inflatables, tents, etc. There is no additional cost to you. Table and Chair Set Up Service is also available upon request, however there is an additional cost associated for additional services rendered.
We will typically deliver the day of your event, a few hours prior. In some cases, we may be required to deliver up to 1-3 days in advance depending on availability and job complexity. Our crew will normally pick up the following day, and on some occasions, up to 1-3 days after the event, depending on availability. *Same day or after-hours pickups and deliveries are also available for an additional cost.
