Frequently Asked Questions

We ALWAYS set up our equipment that requires professional set up and installation for safety. Such equipment includes inflatables, tents, etc. There is no additional cost to you. Table and Chair Set Up Service is also available upon request, however there is an additional cost associated for additional services rendered.

We will typically deliver the day of your event, a few hours prior. In some cases, we may be required to deliver up to 1-3 days in advance depending on availability and job complexity. Our crew will normally pick up the following day, and on some occasions, up to 1-3 days after the event, depending on availability. *Same day or after-hours pickups and deliveries are also available for an additional cost. (Please see FAQ section below)*.

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $300 and 100% for orders under $300. The full balance of order is due prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.

Our first delivery of the day is at 8:00am and our last delivery of the day is 5:00pm Monday-Saturday. Sundays 9am-12pm. Any deliveries outside our normal business hours of operation are considered "after hours" and will incur a $75.00 "after hours fee"
